1. Three-eye single-slot splint

-Model examples: 42×7×140, 42×8×140, 42×8×144 (unit: mm, corresponding to width×thickness×length).

Structure: There is only one slot, which is suitable for fixing objects with a single screw or nail. For example, when fixing steel strands and clamps in communication lines, 16×60 nails are often used.

2. Three-eye double-slot splint**

Model examples: 52×10×152, 50×50×8, but the structure has two parallel slots, which can fix two screws or nails at the same time, enhancing stability and load-bearing capacity.

-Applicable scenarios: scenarios where multiple cables need to be fixed at the same time or higher strength is required, such as terminal poles of overhead pole lines, cable installation, etc.

Comparison of usage scenarios

1. Three-eye single-slot plywood

- Communication lines: Mainly used to fix the suspension wire and the clamp, for example, in the single suspension wire clamp (D144, D164, D184 and other models), the suspension wire is fixed by the plywood.

General scenarios: Suitable for the fixing needs of a single object, such as the fixing of parts in woodworking, the connection of small structures, etc.

2. Three-eye double-slot plywood

Overhead pole line:

Terminal pole: Each terminal pole uses 1 plywood to fix the overhead suspension wire.

Cable installation: When the ground cable is installed by the plywood method, each cable requires 2 plywoods (1 on the upper handle and 1 on the middle handle).

Cable with hanging board: Each cable requires 2 plywoods, and 1 is required for each auxiliary cable or U-shaped pull.

High-strength demand scenarios: such as cable protection for large spans and large slope poles, or the need to fix two steel strands at the same time.
