Our company has partnered with the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation to enhance the reliability and lightning protection level of the distribution network in the suburbs of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.

Facing the harsh environment of high temperatures, strong ultraviolet rays, and dusty conditions locally, traditional porcelain insulators are prone to deterioration and require frequent maintenance.

 As a supplier of polymer composite insulators and lightning arresters, we have been deeply involved in this project, providing a full range of suspension polymer insulators, polymer pin insulators, and distribution-type lightning arresters.

 Our products, with their excellent weather resistance, superior anti-pollution flashover performance, and lightweight yet high-strength characteristics, perfectly adapt to the African climate conditions, ensuring the stable operation of the power grid during thunderstorm seasons.

After the successful commissioning of the project, the line failure rate and maintenance costs were significantly reduced, and the power supply reliability was highly recognized by the Ethiopian power sector.

 This cooperation has laid a solid foundation for us to deepen our presence in the East African market and demonstrated the high quality and adaptability of Chinese manufacturing.
